Well there are stores like Walgreens and CVS that carry Wet n Wild and Jane cosmetics. And I believe that some of the other discount stores like Walmart and Target carry some of these as well. There much less expensive than Maybelline or Loreal products. There is also a website called E.L.F which stands for Eyes, Lips and Face which has items as low as $1.00 each.
CVS, Walbuams, pretty much any store like that. You could also try Ulta %26amp; sephora but they're not as cheap

you can get 24 NYX pigments on ebay for 25 dollars.. they are almost as good as mac pigments.
go to this site cherryculture.com they have some called BLAH lol its only a dollar and comes in all kinds of shades hope this helps =)
