MAC has the best eye shadow known to man %26amp; thousands of different colors. They also have what you call ';creamy'; eye shadow too, called Paints. You can buy any MAC product online or at most Nordstrom department stores.
neutrogena...you can get it at walmart...it comes in white, gold, %26amp; various pinks...I LOVE IT, oh %26amp; you can use it on your lips %26amp; cheeks too.
Try Maybelline or L'oreal, they are both very good, they are smooth and shiny also if you want a better look in your eyes!
Haagen-Dazs is good or try Carvel. As a last resort Ben %26amp; Jerry's will work too.
mac have great ones in real bright funky colurs also suttle shades ull get em in any department store ....
at mac really good eyeshadow and makeup but it cost like 15 dollers for 1 eyeshadow
