what i do is take the farthest color to the left, which wud be the pink 4 u, and sweep it across my lid, then the next color [green] i wud put in the crease of my eye above my lid a lil, then the blue shud ';smoke'; out nearly up to your brow bone but not all the way. and use ur finger to blend the colors together jus a tad. or u can use the colors vertically one after another across ur lid for a bolder look.How do I apply serengeti max factor eye shadow?
I would do the reddish tone in the crease and to line, the blue on the lid and the green to highlight. You can also just do two-tones on the lid with the blue and the green with the reddish to line/crease.

I guess it would really depend on everyone's feature and which facial feature they are most happy with=) I would skip out lipstck/ gloss... I find that I usually tend to focus more on the eyes. Try dark brown eyeliner that is smudgy, but not goth looking.
As for your lips, do a nude color shiny gloss to top it off. This will make you look gorgeous and make your beautiful eyes POP! :D

My friend has hazel eyes and she loves turquoises and teals. They can be bright, so use a little and add a little more if you like drama. Or, since hazel is a combo of brown, green, with sometimes flecks of gold or copper, try one of these colors to make the other colors stand out. For example, browns make the green in your eyes pop and vice versa with green. (A light sweep of the forest green would make browns stand out.) You'd probably look amazing in a sparkly brown or copper liner to offset any flecks in your eyes. My advice is to just experiment with other colors and see what you get the most compliments on.
My favorite lip gloss is vaseline, or a chap-stick with a hint of color. I'm not a big lip person. ;)

Well it depends if you have light hair than any dark color besides black and a dark dark brown.
i recomend a light shade of brown with pink blended in at the top.
If you have dark hair or red hair than a light color such as a light green or if you want it to blend in but make your eyes still pop than a light pink would look amazing
And i love all lip glosses as long as they are shiny but look nateral

Don't go to a website! Alot of these are just ppl doing Makeup their way. go to a Salon or Spa in your area and speak to a Licensed Makeup artist. It's usually free. Dont go to a department store. I've had so many ppl come see me for they looked awful with there Makeup for they went on a site!
start closest to the lashes. use a thin applicator and make one streak. use the different colors and be sure to blend them a little so it dosen't look like you have stripes on your eyes.

never wear blue eyeshadow. that doesnt only go for you, i mean nobody should every wear blue eyeshadow. but i think put black eye liner on the outter part of your bottom eye lid. do not line the whole bottom, just about almost half on the outside. on the top lid start with the liner really thin towards the inner corner and make it thicker as you get to the outter part of the eye. put a tiny bit of not really white, but like an irredesant light color like a beige or cream color and then put a very little bit on the inner corner of your eye and rub it in. put mascara oin the lashes, wait about 15 seconds, then reapply. its how i always do my eyes, and i got a lot of comliments.

you can go for gray or a smokey look if you don't have dark circles.
with a slight silver shine under your eyebrows.
curl eyelashes with an eyelash curler almost from where hair starts to grow at the lid to open up eyes and make lashes look longer.

Eyeshadow: with dark brown eyes AND considering your tan skin, dark khaki, pastel blue, lilac, black and dark navy blue is really nice. And remember to go dark on the lid and lighter as you fill up the rest of the eyelid.
Lipstick: I find medium or pastel pink shades to be the best. And for dark, a deep prune or cranberry but maybe mixed with a soft pink shade to lighten the dark color.

that isn't to say that you can't wear any make-up at all. i've been told many times by guys that they prefer girls without make-up. they like ';natural.'; I have a feeling that if those guys knew how i really look without make-up they might just change their tune a bit. so my interpretation of natural is look nice, but not overdone.
feel free to use make-up to enhance your features, a bit of smokey black eyeliner to add mystery, some long flirty lashes courtesy of black mascara. you can use foundation etc to create ';natural'; flawless skin.

I don't understand why anyone would do their eyeliner first...that seems kinda stupid, like your giving yourrself unecessary work..becuase if you put the eyeliner on first, then u have to avoid the line that you just made.
So I put the eyeshadow on FIRST, and then I put on the eyeliner (so it goes over the eyeshadow), and all I have to do is draw a line, and then I put on the mascara, too darken my eyelashes (Just in case some eye shadow may have gotten on my eyelashes.

The best brushes always come from MAC. As the girl before me said, the MAC 213 tends to be the standard for eyeshadow application.
But Sephora brand has excellent brushes. i recommend #25.
Just be sure to get a quality brush and to get one that's not too big (or too small) because you'll need to do some precise contouring. And I'm not being cheap but you'll feel better about it if you get one with a bang for your buck, because remember it's only used to apply the eyeshadow. Especially since quality eyeshadows tend to be pricy.
I got a good one from StudioBasics (drugstore) and it was only like 5 dollars or so.

Christian Dior makes eyeshadows that are absolutely the best on the market. They have what are called five-pans, compacts with five different colors in it that all coordinate with each other. You can use them wet or dry to achieve totally different looks. Dry, they shimmer, wet they are very bold. Plus, if you have an eye infection one day, you won't have to toss it out because it has an antibacterial ingredient in it so the infection won't transfer back to your eye -- or to anyone else's if you're prone to sharing your makeup. They also have a shelf life of seven years.
Even Chanel can't beat Dior, regardless of the name or what the sales woman says.

All you have to do is buy a flat eyeliner brush, it can be used for eyeliner pots, and also eye shadow on the bottom of your eye. For colors, I would go for neutrals, browns, golds, tans, etc. Also, for nighttime, purple would look amazing on you!
For brands, I would say go to the drugstore and buy Revlon or L'Oreal eyeshadows. They are cheap, and very pigmented when you put it on your eyes, and it should last on your eyes all day long.

good cheap brands: covergirl (GREAT COLORFUL EYESHADOWS!), new york color, maybelline, l'oreal, revlon
basically anything at wal-mart or cvs haha.

A brown eyeshadow would be perfect for you, or even a silver, depending on your skin tone. A good brand of eyeshadow that's inexpensive is Milani, but they don't have the biggest color selection. I've been able to work with L'Oreal eyeshadows just fine if you're willing to give those a shot. Good luck!
get an angeled eye brush, and dab it in the color you want, then just below your water line, run the brush over it. and wah lah!
Icy pinks, silver, gold, violet, and turquoise are great for blue eyes, they make them pop :)

I use those colors from the ALMAY cosmetics and they make my eyes really pop up!!, I bought the trio eye shadow, the mascara, the eye liner, and the liquid liner, they really are great!!!, I bought them at Walmart.
Do I need mascara, and what color eye shadow?
I have pretty long eyelashes, green eyes, brunette hair, and a light brown skin tone. PLZ HELP!!Do I need mascara, and what color eye shadow?
like some others say, you dont NEED mascara. But they are a good way to make your long lashes stand out more for a flirty or a dramatic look.
and if you have green eyes, warm colors like shades of purple, pink, and gold will make your eye color stand out.
try different colors to see what you like the best. if you're concerned about prices, covergirl and l'oreal have nice eye shadow palletes for a reasonable price.Do I need mascara, and what color eye shadow?
instead of putting on mascara, you could curl your lashes. that might look pretty. i can't really say what color eyeshadow will look good on you... try experimenting with a bunch of different colors and find what works for you.
you need purple it'll make your eyes pop
mascara makes all eyelashes better =] . Maybelline is good for you, but i use sheer cover extra length cuz i have short eyelashes.
A purple eye shadow would be pretty too.

yes u should wear mascara.. and where like some brownish green colors to matter ur eyes.. u want to go for that natural look because everything else already stands out...
No one really ';needs'; mascara - wear it if you want to. If you choose to wear mascara, try brown or brown/black; the blackest blacks out there look weird on people that don't have black hair. If you really want to have dramatic-looking eyelashes, try a volumizing mascara (I personally like CG Volume Exact... but if you can afford the higher-end, better stuff, go for it, lol).
As far as eyeshadows go:
Gold, brown, taupe, and olive tones will probably look good with your eyes. Depending on exactly how light/dark your skin is, you could try a pale pink (*Pale*... not bright. I don't know without looking at a picture of you, but maybe you could try something that's about the color of your lips [without lipstick/gloss, of course]) or a medium to dark rose color. A pale or pastel yellow *might* look good on you - you'll have to experiment with that one. I don't think blues and purples would look too great on you, but again, experiment. You never know until you try.
Just remember, don't use anything too bright - you want your eyes to be noticeable, not your eyeshadow. =)
my eye lashes are longg and i wear mascara every time i put on eye shadow and a purple eyeshadoww would look cute i thinkkk.
