I say like silver or charcoal eye shadow with glitter and charcoal or black eyeliner and mascara. Like a mauve blush and lipstick. Lipliner a tiny shade darker than lipstick. Dont clash with red lipstick. I hate this look. Black clothes and red. Just makes me think of desperate. Anyways, charcoal is a great color if you play it up right with the eyeliner. And a lil glitter makes everything shine!What eye shadow or eye makeup would go good..?

Line the inner rim of your bottom lid with a black kohl pencil, finish with a couple of coats of mascara. Brows need to be perfectly shaped and lightly penciled in.
