no she just needs some practice and reading the style mags!! Some catalogues for makeup are just great for ideas. I am thinking of the Avon cats. I used to get really good ideas from them.





eye makeup should always only enhance the eyes. Therefore it should be played with in front of mirror for several hours to find the best plan for each person.





Go get a cheap palette of colors. Put on your base makeup and then play til you come up with both what you want and what your friend wants.





Then you both can think of getting better makeup.





Just remember that liquid makeups like eyeliner and mascara can and do cause eye infections if kept for more than 90 days unrefrigerated and 180 days if kept in the fridge. They get germs in them where they are used a lot. No one wants red swollen eyes. So be sensible with these things.
try a little pink. But what looks REALLY good is to use a blue pencil under her eyes.
She needs light tones, pinks, blues, yellow, nothing dark, bad idea, she needs a shimmer type shadow now matte take her to the store find some colors she likes experiment its fun, but nothing dark! NO NO NO. NO. OK. Forget the blue. It will make her blue eyes look ';blued out';. If you want to make blue eyes stand out, you choose the most contrasting color. In this case, its orange. Brown or bronze or gold will also look good, depending on her skin color. Now you're probably thinking ';ORANGE???'; - They are plenty of nice orange shades on the market today, even bronzer will work. Get a nice sparkly, glittery one. If you want to go for something more subtle than orange, go for brown. And for even better results line your eyes in brown eyeliner (or black if you have dark skin).
