i have dark brown eyes, and i find that bright blues like turquoise make my eyes stand out a ton.


if you're not that daring, just use lighter pale blues.
deep purple if they are a darker brown. Forest green with shimmer if they are a lighter brown.
o thats an easy one i have brown eyes too i use white but i have to put eye liner on or it will look like i dont have eye lashes hahaha
