I think that all make up has its own time limits and some start to go a little bit mucky after a while and a year is quite a long time.

Just about every make up product has a ';expiration date';, For example mascara is only good for a couple of months. They were probably just too old.
it was probably just to old and the bug things just were like born there cuz the germs in the makeup like... idk actually

Eww thats disgusting! Check your other palletes and other makeup just to be sure! Go to the place you bought it and ask them why that happend and you never know maybe the will give u free makeup
