you did not mention your hair color, so pale skin and blue eyes, I would put a bit of a darker blue just over the eyelash. One line of it. Then for the second line of shadow, try a cream, or natural color, with shine in it. In the ';crease'; of your eyelid, add a small amount of teal, or blue, or something light,, even pinkish, finish off with a shiny neutral color just below the brow.What eye shadow colors should i wear with pale skin and blue eyes?

i use the eyeshadow palette for browns and i love it. good quality, good pigment and it lasts long. it brings out the brown! :)

I have pale skin and blue eyes and have found that browns and golds really make blue eyes pop. My favorite thing for the longest time was Benefit's Gilded eye pencil. I would just put that all over my lid and set it with a gold toned eyeshadow. It really makes blue eyes look amazing.
brown eyeshadows (from light to dark) will make your blue eyes pop without emphasizes pink undertones.
How about just a skin tone eyeshadow or a tawny color--something subtle and natural looking.
brown or gold eyeshadows. maybe even a light shimmery color if youu like glitter bringing out your eyes in the sun. gold shimmery i'd suggest. =]
Green looks great if you put just a little on; it brings out the pink in your cheeks and makes your eyes seem to sparkle.
