try a navy blue eye pencil (I recommend L'Oreal) .. it is a better alternative to black eyeliner... good luck!
Neutrals, browns etc..., they will make your eyes really stand out!
I would have to go with colors like light browns, light purples, grey, silvers, stuff like that. Don't do blue because if you have blue eyes, adding more blue would look odd. Along with those, try brown or black eyeliner. Hope it works well for you! :)
see i have blue eyes i think that light colors with a white base coat then light colors like Light Pink and Light blue because thats what looks good with my eyes because my eyes are moonlight blue

I think you should use green or purple. Neon colours.
