First - apply an eyeshadow base (I like the one from Clinique) to prevent creasing.





You will need at least two eye shadow brushes - one to apply shadow all over the lid and one to blend.





Start with a light nude shadow all over the lid, from the base of the lashes to the brow bone. A shade with a bit of shimmer will be ok as well.





Select a dark brown or very dark purple-brown and blend into the crease.





Finish off with a black or brown liquid liner/wet eyeshadow on the upper lid.

well, first you need about three colors. but they all have to be of the same shade. for example, blue, navy blue, and off-white. the darkest color goes on the top of your eye lid, the second to darkest color goes on your whole eye lid, and the off-white (which is optional) goes above your eyelid.





step1: swipe the second to darkest color on your whole eyelid; from lash line to crease using an eye-shadow brush





step2: using a pointier brush, swipe the darkest color along the lash line of your upper eyelashes.





step3 (optional): lightly brush the off-white eye shadow between your eye lids and eyebrows.How do you apply eye shadow?
