But if you're on a budget, you can always get Loreal De-Crease from any drugstore. It works well also but doesn't last as long like the Primer Potion or Shadow Insurance.
There are hundreds of these creams (they are called bases or primers.) out on the market, so you can't really just ask for a specific name.





And also, it's placed on your eyelid, not above. It's applied to the entire lid up to the crease.

An eyeshadow primer and it is a must have. It doesnt just make your eyeshadow last longer but it makes the colours more viberant. I reccomend Urban Decay Primer Potion and a more cheaper one is L'oreal De-crease which works just aswell.

its called liquid eyeshadow and my sister once had it and it works
well use the prime potion from seophora or just use a cream eye shadow like gold silver or a light brown
