Well if I had silver hair I wouldnt wear bright eye shadows, probably keep them in the beige and tan shades for that 'no makeup look'.What are the best eye shadow colors for brown eyesfair skin and silver hair?
I bought a eyeshadow color palet just for brown eyes. It says browns intensify brown eyes and lavendar/pinks for highlights. It does look good together. Also it suggests black mascara.
