I've never heard of that one. I don't really see how it would work. Putting powder eye shadow on top of baby powder doesn't seem like it would do much of anything that it wouldn't do without the baby powder.
You're better off using an actual eye shadow base, like Urban Decay Primer Potion, L'Oreal De-Crease, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, or a MAC paint pot.Can you really use baby powder as eye shadow primer if so do you mix it with something?
you could. i wouldnt recommend it tho. baby powder would make your eye shadow appear ashy and daul. i would choose something that it could stick to. loreal makes a primer called de-crease. which is roughly $8.50-$9.00. or you could use a concealer, or there are many many brands online. (coastalscents .com - eye poxy primer * is what i use) whatever you would be most comfortable with. besides, if you get the talc in your eyes, i bet it wouldnt feel too good. ;)
hoped this helped ya out!
