i had some and it was great. i didnt crease like some eye shadows do. it was a natural color and it wasnt a powder. it was kinda like a mousse texture. i found it on the walmart webite but its not in the stores. its called skin soothing eye tints. please help me?? :)Where can i find neurogena eye shadow?
you shoudn't look for it because you probably don't need it
you probably look gorgeous
u proibably walk with some attitude and sassiness
that makes you look like a goddess
so why do you need makeup?
if you have all these fantastic qualities, why do you
need to add more
but, however, if you choose to not take my advice,
GOOD LUCK ;)Where can i find neurogena eye shadow?
I remember that stuff...they had it at Walgreens....maybe they still have it?

What eye shadow/eye shadow color will make my Brown eyes pop?
i want people to notice my brown eyes to pop out. What eye shadow/eye shadow color will make my Brown eyes pop?
Because brown eyes are neutral they can wear any color shadow %26amp; look good, purples %26amp; silvers look really nice, for mine I usually use a light shadow on my lid(like a shimmery whitish color, or a light beige) %26amp; in the crease of my eye I use a dark brown, with black liner on the upper %26amp; lower lash area, it makes my eyes look so pretty
If you need any more help feel free to ask, of visit my forum:

purple
light baby blue-use mac makeup it works good i have have brown eyes to and use that and it looked amazing
try Mac eye shadows in purpule and green(sprout) they always work for me. just try it on!
blue, green or purple
purples...lavenders,violets...and blues
use a brown eye liner and and the inside half of your eye..from crease out use a creamy color shade stick then apply neutral colors...like earthy colors...for a smokey look...at a darker earthy shade on the end half of your eye...from crease up...
I say bronzes and yellows
lol, I have no idea what will make them pop, but when I read your question the first time, I read ';poop';. Next time, I'll read more carefully.
Try Almays new intense eye trio for browns! I use it, and I really like it. I think it's a little too much for every day but it looks nice.
Actually, line your eyes with a white eyeliner to make them appear bigger and ';pop,'; then use a green color and blend it into other colors for eyeshadow to make them pop. However, white eyeliner alone will do the trick!
i have hazel eyes- close 2 brown and when i do makeovers on myself i use goldish brownish caramel looks really pretty. also try the smoky eyed look- charcoal! good luck!
if you have fair skin, you should try a swipe of baby blue shawdow, it will bring out warm tones in your eyes,
olive skin, steel blues brighten your eyes and create a pretty contrast against your skin
and
dark skin , dramatic sliver with a blue undertone or aquamarine with a hint of iridescent sheen gives brown eyes a goldne glow
to really play up brown eyes try lining the top and bottom lash lines with navy liner
try purples, and greens
anything darker than your eyes ought to work, dark colors recede, bright colors stand out. it's like camoflauge, you put the lighter shades around the eyes, behind the nose, between your bottom lip and chin. anywhere thats farther back, then with the darker colors, put them on your forehead, bridge of your nose, lips, chin, etc. anywhere that juts forward. it makes your face seem more 2D so it will mesh with the environment. but that's totallly off subject, though still informative.
Yes, purples always works for me. Greens can work sometimes, it just depends on the shade. I've found blues work great also - in fact one of my favorite eyeshadow duos is Clinique's ';The Blues'; with the Lilac eyeshadow base beneath it.
use violet/lilac.
add false lashes to make your eyes even bigger and flirtier
MAC stores $10
i have a pair and they are great
pinks and purples!
try to mix a little brown in there too!
and black mascara!
and u can use DARK brown eyes shoadow or black
Okay i have brown eyes and i agree with the person on top definetely do purple. It makes your brown eyes so pretty that;s why i love wearing. I definetely say go purple. And if you are getting color contacts go gray and if you do wear eyelines :]
Try a deep brownish purple, or even a smoky blue. Just don't go overboard! Also use a little of the same shadow on a brush that is dampened and use this as an eye liner. That will make your eyes ';pop'; like you want them to! Finish with black mascara.
You should try some purples, golds, light silverys, and shades of greens. Also try using white eyeliner that makes any eyecolor pop! :]
i use purples and browns...(and yes i have brown eyes)..i shade the outer part of my eyelid a darker brown/purple then shade the inner/middle with the lighter color and blend...it makes kind of a smokey affect...greens are supposed to work too but i have never tried that color.
Almay has a collection that has colors for your eye color and how to apply.
Baby blue =)
I would stay with the neutral colors mostly, but in the crease of your eyelid I would apply a purple color, and maybe a little light gold at the top. But the best way to make your eyes pop is with white eyeliner! Apply white eyeliner on the skin above your bottom lashes, this makes your eyes look bigger and the pop. It also makes you look more awake and alert.
I would say anything along the lines of purple, green, blues. But, don't go overboard with the blue. That part of the '80s isn't back.skin care

How do you put on eye-shadow?
i dont really put on eye-shadow because i really dont know how so if anyone knows how can you tell me
thanks in advance! How do you put on eye-shadow?
If you havent bought any yet, buy avon. They have one that has three colors that are divided in the container to look like an eye so then you know where to apply it. That would probably be the best thong for you. Try that. Good luck!!How do you put on eye-shadow?
Method 1
1. Prime the lids by applying a light touch of foundation or concealer to the lids to even skin tone and help shadow adhere to the lid. Blend well, but use a gentle touch with this sensitive skin area.
2. Apply mascara second so it won't mess up your eyeshadow by getting those little dots of mascara on it before it dries when you blink.
3. Sweep a color similar to your skin tone (or a touch lighter) over the entire lid from lashes to brow bone. Start at the bottom of your eyelid and work your way up.
4. Sweep a light white shadow (shimmer or matte, your preference) directly under the brows from the middle of the eye outwards. This is your brow bone highlighter and will help to open up the eyes.
5. Take the next darkest color and sweep shadow across the eyes from lash line to the crease. Blend well outwards.
6. Apply dark shadow. For the most impact, the darkest color can be applied to the crease of the eye from the corners to the outer edges, blended well. Blending is key to avoid a drastic line across the crease. The second option is to use the darkest shadow to create a sideways ';V'; on the sides of the eyes. Lightly apply shadow to the outer third of the crease and blend into the outer edges of the eyelid, creating a sideways ';V'; shape (The pointed end of the v would be pointing away from the eyes, to help visualize). This helps to define the shape of the eyes, and makes them appear bigger by bringing the focus outwards.
7. Finish with a careful application of eyeliner to the top lid in a complimentary color. There are so many fantastic eyeliner colors available today, so experiment with what is out there. Plums, greens, and browns are flattering to many eye colors. Tilt the head forward while looking down, and dash short lines along the last line to avoid drags and smudges.
I use a light shadow from crease to the brow a shade like a beige lighter than my skin tone.
Then on the crease line I use a brown not too dark Actually I use the crease line and a little above.I start the line thin nearest tear duct then let it get fatter to end of eyebrow. Never going past the eyebrow. I then use a darker shade of beige on the eyelid itself. Probly be better to put this on before the brown sorry.
Just remember too that the more expensive the make up the more pigments and the less you actually need to apply.
Try different combos for your skin type. I have used a very light pink on the upper part and a light purple on the crease and a darker pink on the lid.
It makes the eyes pop when applied this way. Most celebs use this method.
Youtube has alot of vids on how to apply eye makeup.
if a little brush doesn't come with the eyeshadow, you can use the tip of your finger or a q-tip to gently spread a little bit of the eyeshadow on your eyelids.
with the brush that it comes with u put some on and brush it on ur eyelids lol

I need to know what is the best eye shadow or eye make up for green eyes?
I just got green contacts and wondered whats the best eye make up look for them like what colors would bring them out and stuff ...... there alot different then my blue eyes but would like to know !!!I need to know what is the best eye shadow or eye make up for green eyes?
purple is a GREAT way to make green eyes stand out, i should know..i have natural green eyes and whenever i even wear purple clothing, people compliment my eyes. other than that, warm colors are nice too, like bronze and gold.
blues, silvers, and pinks wash green eyes out.I need to know what is the best eye shadow or eye make up for green eyes?
i personally LOVE really black make up, it makes my eyes stand out like crazy, purple is nice too. Report Abuse
depends on your outfit
Freakin purples and lilacs Mate!
Maybe some pinks...or go to the other end of colours, like...
Tinges of brown and golds. :)
And no, It does not depend on your outfit. Eyeshadow should never be really exaggerated. It should be subtle and it should just bring out the colour in your eyes. X.
You should try that Almay eye shadow that is specifically for green eyes. It's cheap and you can get it at CVS, Walgreen's, wherever. they have it for any shade of eyes.
I have green eyes and everyone always says purple but I don't really like purple. I use a lot of browns, coppers and recently bought some charcol color and I use that with heavy eyeliner and it makes the green color really pop out.

WHERE CAN I GET A MANLY 120 COLOUR EYE SHADOW PALLET FROM?
parents are not too keen on ebay.. so i need a web site which is cheap and reliableWHERE CAN I GET A MANLY 120 COLOUR EYE SHADOW PALLET FROM?
I'm wondering what ';manly'; means too in this case...
Coastal Scents has some palettes, but not a 120 one:
http://www.coastalscents.com/cfwebstore/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display%26amp;category_id=122
This site has some 120 e/s palettes:
http://www.beauties-factory.com/unlimitshop/index.php?manufacturers_id=14WHERE CAN I GET A MANLY 120 COLOUR EYE SHADOW PALLET FROM?
New to this yahoo answers so I hope I post this correct. Yeah so I was on www.dealextreme.com in the health and beauty section and saw this make up pallet that looked almost like mac but it was called manly and they also have nars (which is a good brand). Price I think $10 for the 120 pallet Report Abuse
To Sarah who obviously seems clueless on what ';Manly'; eyeshadow palette is...it's a Palette of 120 colours whose name is ';Manly';...it's not a 'masculine' eyeshadow....
anywayyyyyy...
I haven't found anywhere except for ebay that sells em...why don't you tell your parents that with a paypal account...ebay can be very safe...you could always post a link up of what you think is a good deal on yahoo answers and see if people agree!
Found it! =]
I hadn't seen it on any websites other than Ebay, but did a quick search and found the Manly 120 color pallette on this site. Apparently they ship for free too, which is a bonus!
http://www.beauties-factory.com/unlimits鈥?/a>
You want an eye-shadow pallet with 120 colors.. that's manly? First of all, good freaking luck trying to find an eye shadow with 120 colors on it whether it's manly OR feminine! Second of all, any male that wears eye-shadow DOES NOT want to be manly.

this is only place I can find it
Sephora has it, or you can google manly makeup and it brings up a few other sites.
unfortunately i think its only really available on ebay :)

To all women how do you put on eye shadow never had a mother to show me how?
I never really had a mother to show me how to do this just had a father and he knew nothing about how to do makeup. Just wondering if someone can tell me how to do it because evertime that i do it i don't think that it looks rightTo all women how do you put on eye shadow never had a mother to show me how?
I once had a very stylish art teacher who told us girls that you should put on eye shadow little by little and build it up to the look you want. She also said that, if you can stand a few feet away from the mirror and tell what colour the shadow is then you're wearing too much! But if you are young - teens or early 20s perhaps - you can get away with a lot more than us old girls (45!) can. I'd say just have fun with it. And I'm sorry you don't have a Mum for all sorts of things, not just this. Good luck to you!To all women how do you put on eye shadow never had a mother to show me how?
Go to a department store and have them do a makeover explain to them that you don't want them to just DO it, but show you how, OR even better get an avon or mary kay lady out to show you how (I would recommend that over the department stores because ANYONE can get hired on as a make-up counter girl at Dillard's, Belks (whatever you have there where you are)). Ask a friend to show you, someone who looks like they DO a decent job on themselves, by the way I had the same problem, my mom was around but she was stuck in the 80s (and still is) with the style she used to do her make-up besides, she was there, but not really ever THERE for me, I also have the same problem with doing my hair, so if it isn't all up in a ponytail, or all down, I'm clueless... and you know what, who cares, I'm married and I got that way (and dated LOTS of guys before I got married) being who I am, not knowing how to do much make-up or how to do my hair and all... by the way, guys LIKE chicks who don't wear a lot of make-up so maybe this is to your benefit! Ever see one of those girls who wear a LOT of make-up ALL the time without it one day, scary huh? Well if you don't wear a lot in the first place (or like me go without it MOST the time) then guys aren't scared off by the you with no make-up on. They will fall for your natural beauty, makes you feel better about waking up in the morning and rolling over and finding someone next to you, you know they won't freak out (unless your bedhead is THAT bad).
practice....
Well play with it see what looks right and watch tlc what not to wear becuse on there you can see how to put on makeup and all and ask friends they might know and dont out on to much it might look trashy and i can tell you to put on some inward out start right at your eye lashes and go till your about 3 cms under ya eye brow if that looks like to much try lower then that
they key to it is blending....blend blend blend, so you don't have lines or streaks, and use color's that compliment your complexion. Depending on your eye color and skin tones...
Go to one of the bigger department stores at a mall that have makeup counters. A lot of them you can facials, etc. done. They should be able to show you how.
Go to a salon that you like. There should be a person there that does make-up only.Pay to get a make-up application,it's better to learn by a professional.
my mom doesn't even wear eye makeup so i didn't learn from her
i agree but if you need to know now then you start on the inside by your nose and go outward. don't apply all the way to your eyebrow but about a half way up.
good luck
Always keep in mind when applying any makeup that less is best.
To apply eye shadow apply the lightest shade just underneath the brow bone down to the crease. Apply a darker shade in the crease and then blend gently. Personally that is all the eyeshadow I use, but some like to apply an even darker shade down to the lash line.
To really make your eyes standout use an eyeliner in the color of crease shadow or the color of your eyes and apply a thin line underneath your lower lashes. Then apply two to three light coats of mascara. Darker is better and brunettes and redheads can get away with black or dark brown. Most blondes however, need to use no darker than a medium brown. As you become more comfortable with applying eye makeup, experiment and enjoy yourself.
It takes alot of practice. You have to find the natural shapes of your face and start there. And remember less is best.

If you have fair / caucasian skin I'd say browns, charcoals, and grays.
If you have dark skin I'd say golds, silvers (depending on the outfit), yellow shades, mixed with light greens.
If you have medium dark/light skin I'd say just about any of the above colors.
With a red top and black skirt I'd go with the golds and yellows with a brown shadowing.Ladies! Help With MAKEUP, I Have Black Hair and BlacK Eyes, what IS the best color eye shadow for Me?
Green Eyeshadow that would be pretty, and its the complementary color of red
